RETURNS POLICY

we follow a no returns / exchange policy.

We assure that we do a thorough quality check before we dispatch the product.

Warranty & Servicing would be as applicable by the manufacturing company. We are here to help.

In the event that you have received a damaged or defective product, you have to email us at info@gridpowerhiring.com within 3 days of delivery and request for a new product and we will send you a replacement within 30 days of delivery at no extra cost.

Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances:

  • Damages due to misuse of product.
  • Any item which has been used.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
